Condo vacation rentals in Historic District, Wilmington

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and cozy. Good restaurants and coffee shops near by with easy access to the beach. We would stay again!

Planning on coming back.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We came into Wilmington to see The Black Keys in concert and have never been to this part of NC before so we were very pleased to see this listing. What sold us was the location and water view and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, equipped with everything we needed and we were close to everything. It's a lovely place to stay and if we ever return to Wilmington we will want to stay there again.

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

Great stay on the Cape Fear riverfront in Wilmington. Mike's condo was as described on airbnb, extremely clean, easy check in, etc. Great location - central to the historic downtown, and walkable to everything. Mike communicated everything from check-in to check-out clearly and attentively. Highly recommend, and would stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington NC.

This is our 2nd stay at this perfect place.. If you want a quaint, nicely laid out and furnished place to stay, extremely near the beach, near entertainment, near restaurants, near the board walk that is just the right size....this is your place. They are great hosts who respond quickly. We will be back for sure. JTG

Clean and spotless. This cozy Airbnb is literally on top of Cape Fear River. Panoramic views and perfectly located. The Riverwalk below takes you anywhere you wan to go. We parked and walked everywhere. Coming to town mainly for a concert and it is a 20 minute walk to Live Oak Pavilion. Lots of coffee shops nearby and we loved the Prost Biergarten best!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

This rental was exceptional ! We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The cooking pans, cups, plates, utensils, oil, coffee made it very easy to be there!. It was clear this family just wanted us to share in the beauty of their convenient location to several beaches and fun, while being able to get away and enjoy the peaceful place. The linens were very clean! We had someone staying above us and never even heard their feet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

Great location! We enjoyed how close this condo is to the boardwalk while being far enough to have a quieter stay. Great place for a couple or small family to enjoy with their beach-loving pup.

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Beautiful condo with the boardwalk in walking distance and ocean front. Loved the rooftop lounge chairs, private and quiet. Pool was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay at Gregory's condo. Enjoyed both balconies, which had comfortable furniture and front balcony has 2 views of the ocean! Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, which was nice since we flew. Pier with tiki bar, food and ice cream is a block away- really nice views too! Pool was an added bonus!

We stayed for a weekend because we were attending a wedding in Wrightsville. The place is very clean and it has everything you need and more. Gwen is extremely responsive with questions and recommendations and very attentive.The left coffee and creamer available, as well as basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar. We didn’t cook but the coffee was a great thing to have in the morning as they had also a nice coffee maker to get fresh coffee. The place is extremely convenient. They had a Harris Teeter very close as well as lots of restaurants. The beach is 5 mins away so you can do a lot in less time. I personally recommend the place.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

The location of this condo is perfect! We had the best weekend, everything is in walking distance. The beach is super close, it’s close to the boardwalk and so many restaurants. Our host was very friendly and super responsive to questions! We will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris' place. You can't beat the location and we loved the ocean view from the front balcony. The unit has been renovated and looks brand new with great appliances and decor. Chris was very responsive and told us everything we needed to know, including restaurant recommendations in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best vacations. The location is safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. My girls spent most of their days in the pool and making friends. I cant wait to go back :)
