The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

Communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

We met in Gefrees for our annual family reunion and stayed in the Refugio and Loft. Highlights were the large garden with a homemade playground for the children, toys with billiards and table tennis and enough seating to relax. You absolutely didn't notice anything from the adjacent main road and supermarket parking lot. Everyone was thrilled with the property and the possibilities. For me personally, the best place I've stayed in so far. Perfect for family reunions, short vacations with larger groups, but I can also imagine the place as a venue for a wedding if you can book all the accommodations over the weekend. We visited Cor and Marie José's place for a family get-together with 12 people, from age 1 to 87. The place was perfect for a group with diverse needs - beautiful and cozy bedrooms for privacy and a lovely kitchen and dining area for lots of fun-filled family time. Cor and Marie José were super helpful and wonderful hosts. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do. They are just very warm and welcoming people that make you feel right at home in their house. We can highly recommend staying at their place.

Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems at arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very nice and great for short hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Shopping and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We will be back!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

A great house with plenty of space for all guests. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. The location is super quiet on a slope and you can start hikes directly from there. We will be happy to come back.

We've rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The accommodation is exceptional with the cozy wood, the high ceiling and the large glass front. Everything was spotless, well-maintained and with great details (water carbonator from the pipe). The large garden was absolutely beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished and with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and is great for hiking. There's a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and also on site for arrival and departure. It is a unique opportunity to live in a 500-year-old perfectly renovated old rectory for a while, which we enjoyed very much.

Albert and Steffie's apartment is a real gem in a green setting! It is very well equipped, comfortable, warm and cleanliness that was previously unmatched compared to all our previous airbnbs! The garden is nonetheless sumptuously landscaped. The feeling that everything is thought out in detail for the pleasure of vacationers! Some nice hiking sites nearby (Kammerwagen in Falkenberg, Burghardsteiche in Wiesau, Burgruine Weißenstein in Waldershof...) and some discovery visits in the Czech Republic (city of Karlovy Vary, village of Loket and thermal site of Františkovy Lázně) will have greatly occupied our three days. We thank our hosts for the quality of their hospitality and accommodation which helped make our short stay very pleasant!

The cottage is very quietly located on the outskirts of a village and ideal starting point for hiking in the surrounding area. You can hike directly into the mountains from the house. By car, many other interesting destinations in South Thuringia and North Franconia are also quickly accessible. Supermarket and butcher is in the village, discount stores and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a games room with lots of toys for the kids. The communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet any requests. We enjoyed it here. If we are in the area once again we will book the place again.

We were with our baby and our dog in Andreas' vacation home to simply relax as new parents. Long walks in nature are also possible with strollers, as the path is paved. The place was very cozy and modernly furnished. Andreas is a very friendly and likeable host. If anything comes up, you can reach him anytime. We had a very nice extended weekend!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden to play, explore and be creative. A ping-pong table and a foosball table provided additional fun for all ages. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

For us, my family, these were very relaxing days with very nice excursions to castle ruins and castles that were set in a charming picturesque landscape. Absolutely recommended as far as the distance to all attractions is concerned, I absolutely recommend this place. You can also end the day relaxing in the private Vinori with delicious wine😉🥂.

Very satisfied. The location and the garden were even better than the photos suggest, you are actually after 50 meters directly on the lake (if you walk through the adjacent campsite). The three of us got a little tight in the cabin, but that doesn't bother you in the summer.
