Cozy vacation home in the Waldviertel

Our vacation home is located between Schrems and Vitis. We took over the house from our grandparents, lovingly renovated and furnished it as if we wanted to live in it ourselves. The house is suitable for families and groups. They are the only guests in our house. We invite you to get to know the wonderful facets of the mystical forest district and believe that you will feel comfortable with us. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Pond cottage with kitchenette, dining area and wet cell on the ground floor, also spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.

The cozy loft-like apartment is a separate housing unit in an old farmhouse. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, dining area and desk, heated with a wood stove. Great for nature lovers, families and people looking for peace and relaxation.

Typical so-called Streckhof, over 200 years old, a granite stone building, lovingly restored, surrounded by meadows, at a pleasant distance from the neighboring houses.
