La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The cottage is detached and has a front and back garden with terraces and a sitting area with a stone barbecue. It is located in Groote Keeten, a quiet village, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave. There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with a handcart and sun loungers and parasols.

Sandepark 128 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and tourist village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blokarting and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests.
