Welkom in onze vakantie Villa op een mooi Recreatiepark in Sint Maarten NH. Met een heerlijk verwarmd buiten zwembad, speeltuin, trampoline en een mooi Parkhuys met biljart. Op 15 min. rijden van het strand, zee en duinen. Het huisje heeft alles wat uw hartje begeert. Beneden is er een eet en zit gedeelte. Met een mooie luxe keuken. Buiten kunt u heerlijk ontspannen op het zonnige terras of loungehoek. De 1ste verdieping heeft 2 grote slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer, en een 2de aparte WC.

Digitale tv met diverse, Duitse, Franse, Engelse en Arabische zenders. Ideale uitgangsbasis voor strand, duin, stad; maar vooral genieten! ..en zoals de gasten zeggen: brandschoon! In juli en augustus verhuren we alleen zaterdag - zaterdag. Rookvrije vakantiewoning en huisdieren niet toegestaan.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Complete, gezellige, vakantiewoning voor 4 personen op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Prachtig startpunt voor wandel- en/of fietstochten over het strand of door de duinen. Gelegen op nog geen half uur met de auto van de steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam. Wijk aan Zee is een no nonsens dorp met zomers volop activiteiten, mooie terrassen en goede restaurants van goedkoop tot zeer luxe. De vakantiewoning heeft en eigen opgang en een eigen parkeerplaats.
