The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished in the Alpine style and is reached via an external staircase. The property is directly adjacent to the fantastic Kieferbach. The swimming area is only 50 meters from the house. The apartment has a large south-facing balcony overlooking the Kieferbach and the large Traithen.
