Enough space for a family of 5 in a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes walk from the transit system. Good amenities and comfortable bedding.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished. The open floor plan is ideal for families, as everyone feels like they're all in one room. The beds are comfortable. The location is quite good, as it's only two stops to Shinjuku on the express train. Everything was great. We'll be back next time we're in Japan.

Great location, and although it was raining, we arrived at the station almost without getting wet.Drug stores and convenience stores are right nearby, so you can get everything you need, and it's the best area for families with children.You can also sleep well in a quiet environment.The tatami mats were also comfortable.The owner was also very responsive, and I had a pleasant stay.I want to use it again.Thank you very much.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

It was clean and convenient to stay. I want to use it again if I go to Tokyo next time.

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

We loved chie's place. It was a stone's throw away from the train station which was just what we were looking for. It is maybe a 2 min walk away from the family mart and the grocery. Being able to cook in Japan is really a plus as expenses from eating out add up quickly. Chie was very responsive and helpful throughout. Will definitely stay again.

Very, very satisfied, exceeded expectations, will stay again, and also recommended to friends with good relationships.I don't want to publicly recommend it because I'm afraid I won't be able to stay there in the future.I didn't expect there to be a big yard, the bedroom and living room can be connected directly.The owner should prioritize this picture, it's only seen at the end when booking.A small suggestion, the owner can organize a booklet (common languages are attached) like many owners.Print out the FAQs in color and place them on the living room table.This way, the host doesn't have to answer all the time, and guests who stay on Airbnb often can quickly read and solve problems on their own according to the manual.

It is an excellent apartment to spend a few days in Tokyo, very close to the train station (5 min walk) many services nearby, nice neighborhood and very safe. Large, clean and comfortable apartment.

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Eric is a nice host and he provided a comfortable room. I highly recommend his airbnb because of the supplies that are available in the hotel and the peaceful streets.

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the host is very friendly, and luggage can be stored.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!
