South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

While I was at Heidi and Dieter's place, I felt like I was being taken care of by a family. They He made coffee for me, and Heidi even cooked my food for me, who didn't know how to use the tools! The room was so clean, warm, and comfortable. Each of the furniture and accessories in the house had a beautiful color combination, and it was fun to feel their taste. The room has a large window and balcony, and the window shows blue greenery. It was a very peaceful time when I ate while listening to the sound of birds on the balcony. Thank you for your sincere help for 3 days!

I had a great stay. Johannes and Gaia were very friendly, respectful and accommodating. They communicated well and everything worked out as planned. The room was clean and pleasantly cool, the surroundings very nice and quiet. The room is simple, but offers everything you need for a quiet night.

In addition to the fast, friendly communication, I was impressed by Manuela's generous hospitality and trust. She was surprisingly on the road for a few days and showed me everything so I could find my way around the house. So I could use the coffee machine, tea, kitchen, terrace, which I did not expect. I felt very comfortable I was there for Art Basel and could easily go to the fair with a free Baselcard/tram (about 30 min.). Her house is located in a quiet residential area and the bed is very cozy. The shower room is modern with a great shower. I can definitely recommend the place. Thank you, Manuela!

Friendly, quiet room in the countryside near Basel

The room absolutely met our expectations. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Only towels and possibly a broom for a quick "intermediate cleaning" would have been nice. But we had the former with us anyway. We did not meet Stephanie, but she sent us all the necessary information as well as information about the area in advance. The location is truly unique! From the deck chairs in the garden, which we were kindly allowed to use, you have a wonderful view of the surroundings, as the house is located on a hillside above the municipality. The last 200 meters of the driveway are quite steep, but this is only an issue when riding a bike. In about 10 minutes, you can walk to the center. There you will find some nice restaurants and shops. Thus, everything is fine and highly recommended. Thank you and best regards, Heidi and Markus.

Very harmonious and successful living space with a beautiful, clean bathroom. Very well maintained and with all the comforts. Very friendly and accommodating reception. The Vital organic shop is a stone's throw away. Breakfast on Sunday was a dream. We can highly recommend this apartment.
