This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

The kitchen area features a modern open layout with sleek countertops and bar seating for four. Above, distinctive pendant lights provide illumination. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while a cozy seating area is visible in the background next to the enclosed balcony.
