loved this house for our first time in Florida! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of entertainment for our family! host was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Everything is exactly as James posting. The kiddos enjoyed the pool & the location is in a very peaceful neighborhood. This will be our go to place for our future visits. I also had the chance to meet the person who cleans his property & she was beautiful & kind. My kids gave her plenty of hugs & she made sure we didnt need anything before leaving.

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. This is by far one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. The pool was absolutely amazing and the entire home was extremely comfortable. My daughter and my niece and my nephew that I brought on vacation all had an absolute blast. Walking distance to everythingclose to the beach and something for everyone.

Fantastic home! Very quick to response with answers to questions. Had a great time. Recommend the rental of the golf cart to get around easier.

We had an amazing stay at Ray’s place in Lighthouse Point! First off, Ray was incredibly responsive and attentive—communication was seamless from start to finish. The home itself was absolutely pristine and offered plenty of space for all of our guests. Even without planning extra activities, there was more than enough to enjoy right at the house. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that felt like a true escape. I would absolutely love to return to Ray’s place in the future. Highly recommend.

This space was very accommodating to our family of 8! Having access to the beach chairs umbrellas, coolers, and pool floaters was really convenient. Loved that there was a high chair and games/toys for our little one. The pool was really nice.

The home was perfect for what we wanted. It was a cute, clean home close to it all; walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants, within a quick bike ride to the beach, and a short drive to everywhere else. The owners were quick to respond when we needed help and we're very helpful when we had questions.

This home is beautiful, quiet, and very minimalistic. Had all the stated amenities and more! The pool was amazing and the space was more than enough to accommodate my big group! Would definitely book again!

Communication, service, and amenities provided by the host were above and beyond. The experience was beyond expectation and would book again if we all had the opportunity. Prior to check-in, the host provided clear instruction’s on the process of finding and entering the property. During the stay, any questions or problems were immediately resolved in a timely manner. The listing itself provided adequate space for guest to enjoy the amenities provided, which was the pool, Hot tub, and a spacious backyard. The host provided equipment for beach activities such as an umbrella, foldable wagon, canoe, and paddle board. Inside the property, everything was very well maintained with an instruction booklet that provided any information we needed as guests. Location wise, this property is very centrally located to the beach, restaurant, and shopping centers. I rate this property and host a 10/10 as they provided a seamless experience. Any issues that were raised were corrected within the hour.

Our family of four adults plus one toddler was extremely comfortable during our week long stay at this house. Bedding was comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bath. Pompano beach was a quick, easy 7 minute drive with easy affordable parking w lots of restaurants, playground and splash pad for our toddler. There were no crowds at all on the beach, no waits in the restaurants even without a reservation, but we went the week before Memorial Day. Weather was perfect. Ocean was a beautiful shade of emerald w gentle waves. The pool was warm w plenty of comfortable seating on the pool deck. Pool towels provided. Bath towels were big and fluffy. Kitchen had most gadgets needed to cook at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, and backyard was a quiet, private tropical oasis.

Absolutely Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! We had such a wonderful time at this property! The home was not only beautiful and spacious, but also incredibly accommodating. It had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The open-concept layout and the stunning kitchen made the interior feel both elegant and inviting. However, the true highlight was the backyard. From the well-designed patio area to the refreshing pool, every detail was perfect for relaxation and fun. We especially enjoyed grilling outside and taking a peaceful night swim. The entire space was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! I spent the week here with my family and our newborn, and the experience was excellent. The host was very responsible and even provided a crib for the baby, which was a huge help. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

Another great stay at Kelly’s! It is the perfect location to walk to the beach and or walk to restaurants. We have stayed here 3 times and it is perfect for us. We enjoyed having the kitchen and everything we needed to make dinner. Kelly has everything you need for the beach including chairs umbrellas and a cooler. Parking is easy and very easy to use the washer and dryer. Great stay and can’t wait to come back.

The views of the inlet were breathtaking—we watched boats glide by with our morning coffee and caught the most stunning sunsets right from the deck. The house itself was spotless, super stylish, and had all the beachy vibes we could’ve hoped for—light, airy, and full of charm. We spent our days soaking up the sun, walking along the shore, and our nights grilling fresh seafood while the breeze rolled in off the water. Pure bliss. The host thought of everything—from soft towels and comfy beds to beach chairs and local recommendations. It honestly felt more like staying at a friend’s coastal getaway than a rental. Can’t wait to come back. We’re already counting down the days! 🌴☀️🏖️
