In the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, you will find the newly renovated vacation home, also known as “Hühnerhuis” in family circles. Here you can experience unique sunrises. If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. Among other things, alpaca hikes are possible directly in the village. Just ask us about excursion destinations and we will be happy to help you. Pets are not allowed.

Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk to the train station and good restaurants and cafes in downtown Gersfeld or to the Gersfeld swimming pool.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Vacation in the Landschule Rhön

Stylish accommodation for up to 7 people in the former Rodholz country school at the foot of the Wasserkuppe. The heart of the apartment is the large, light-flooded living room with a large kitchen, wood-burning stove and dining area. The Extratour Ulmenstein and a star park as well as the Basaltsee Ulmenstein are in the immediate vicinity. The baroque city of Fulda is only 20 km away. There you can explore the beautiful cathedral, the great old town and many other beautiful destinations.

In this glue- and metal-free wooden construction, we have made maximum use of minimal resources and a lot of flexibility possible. The Scandinavian interior design makes everything look light and free. You can bring nature into the interior everywhere and become part of it. Pure peace and quiet.

The loft is located close to a nature reserve (150 m) and is located in a cul-de-sac. The closest supermarket is about 850 meters away. A bus stop is within walking distance (550 m). Next to it is a bakery. Fulda city center is easily accessible (3.1 km). The "7 Welten" thermal baths (1.7 km) are particularly suitable as an excursion destination.
