This property was exactly what we needed to celebrate my daughter’s graduation with an intimate family gathering. It was cozy, welcoming and very clean. The porch was a highlight, especially with the quaint neighborhood.

We loved staying here! Short walk to the greenway too!

Pedro was an amazing host and his home was beautiful. Not only was it clean but Pedro was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is also very convenient and close to the HPU campus. There was a lot to do in the surrounding city’s which added to the value of his home. Thank you Pedro for a wonderful stay and we hope to stay with you again.

Our family spent a lovely graduation weekend at their house. The house has first-floor bedrooms which were comfortable for our older parents. The game room entertained our adult children in between events, and everyone had a perfect amount of space for catching up and relaxing. We really appreciated the extra attention-graduation decorations were so thoughtful! Thanks for a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! We were in town to visit our children and grandchild. The home had all the essentials and was very clean to make our stay comfortable. We were able to prepare full meals with all the supplies in the kitchen. We loved the fenced in backyard with a nice gazebo and outdoor seating area. We come to the area frequently and would choose this location again in the future. Great job to the hosts!!

The house was very spacious and in a quiet location. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is conveniently located to High Point University and to the Greensboro airport. Chris was very responsive and was easy to work with when we decided to extend our reservation to add an additional day at the last minute. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great overnight stay with my dog at this cute space. Loved the decorations and the bathroom (that shower! ) was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this spot for a weekend getaway.

Nicole’s place is fantastic! It was the perfect place for my trip to UNCG. The space was absolutely spotless and anytime I realized I needed or forgot something, I found it in a cabinet or drawer! The bed was comfortable and I looked forward to winding down and having a quiet night in every day. The neighborhood itself is gorgeous and was so enjoyable to walk. I would come back in a heartbeat. My only regret was not bringing my bike to ride to and from campus every day!

We have stayed with Eric several times over the past four years--always our go to Airbnb when in Greensboro, if available. The fact that all the units are frequently booked speaks volumes. Eric is an amazing host! The units are all exactly as described and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to walk to schools, convenient stores, and restaurants. Love the fact that there is off street parking too. With it's classic southern charm, you won't be disappointed if you have the opportunity to stay here.

Had such a great stay for a couple days in Greensboro. The location was perfect and easy to find. I was warned about dogs barking but never heard them or had an issues with nosies from the owners. Perfect for a little trip.

Lori is a wonderful host very responsive. Their place is so neat and tidy. The pictures are just as described. A wonderful experience.

Place was very clean and she was very specific and helpful with parking. Her communication was on point and quick as well. I Loved that so many places to eat and a place to get coffee were available and so close. Nice place to walk around. The only complaint I have was the noise at night. Which is not under the owners control. And I realize we were in the city part of Greensboro. We were there for a soccer showcase and luckily, we only had to wake up early on Sunday and was able to sleep in Friday night and Saturday night. Overall I recommend staying at “The Spot”. =}

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for locations I’d definitely stay at again. The condo was PRISTINE and has been very well cared for. Even things like baseboards, ceiling fans were free of dust. Those are the places that reveal how well a property is truly maintained and they get an A++ ! I echo the comments of many other reviewers that this was a much better choice than any hotel. Yes, it’s a walk to the 3rd floor, but the stair well is very wide, indoors and carpeted. So it was a very easy, pleasant and stable climb. I felt very safe going to the 3rd floor alone. I don’t have a single critique. If you are thinking of booking, do it! 😉
