We had a fantastic week at this apartment. Aida and her husband were very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The apartment is modern in all parts like kitchen furniture and bathrooms. It is a large and very fresh apartment with great views of the sea and the beach. There are 2 balconies, one of which is connected to a bedroom and offers views of the beach, palm trees and the sea. The location right next to the beach with restaurants and bars was exactly what we wanted for our vacation. The area is lively with many restaurants and small shops. The grocery store Monoprix is very close by which is a big plus. We warmly recommend this apartment and are happy to rent from Aida and her husband on several occasions. /Sami and Jessica

I recommend Amine's apartment. The welcome is perfect, the apartment is very well located 3 min from the beach, next to the general store and 3 min to restaurants. The apartment is clean. We had a great vacation, thank you

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

Very pleasant stay.. the accommodation is superb with everything you need to enjoy the stay, the neighborhood and the city are beautiful and then the communication was fluid and accurate with great sympathy courtesy and promptness. We had a great stay. We felt like home. Quite, beautifull and cosy apartment in a nice neighberhoud. The apartment has all the needed equipment and well organized and clean. The host is very friendly and supportive. I really recommend this place for a short long stay. Thanks Ameni and Sadok, I will come back soon.

Everything was really good.. Host was very responsive and flat was lovely. The only thing was that I would have like to be told that the swimming pools were closed. I chose this place mainly for the kids and we couldn't enjoy the facilities. But apart from that, all was good

Beautiful and luxurious apartment located near the sea and in the most beautiful area of Sousse. The apartment has a very large terrace equipped with all the accessories to live it to the fullest. The stay was very pleasant. Mrs. Dalila is always available for every need. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Sousse.

2-week stays in the apartment. beautiful residence and beautiful apartment that matches the photos. Clean residence and several swimming pools for adults and children. Pool open until very late at night and a restaurant too. A small park for children in the much appreciated residence Some inconveniences during the stay which were quickly resolved very fortunately. High-standard impeccable accommodation with all amenities. Easy to get to, the welcome was warm and our other one was always available and very responsive. Great experience. Residence with pool and all services. Domage that the mall was not open yet.

I had a good stay at Samaher's, clean, well-equipped and well-located accommodation, the plus is that the accommodation is on the top floor, no noise, nothing at all, magnificent view of the residence, as soon as I arrived I had a friendly relationship with Samaher, he is a professional host, I would highly recommend it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
