In the cozy, well-equipped upstairs apartment, everything was provided for a peaceful, pleasant holiday. In the courtyard, sun loungers and a covered lounge with a barbecue grill provide an opportunity to spend time outdoors. We have created a mini play corner for children with a swing and an inflatable pool. Lake Balaton is a 10-minute walk away, shops and restaurants are a few hundred meters away. As the owner, I live on the ground floor, completely separate from the guests, but if guests need anything, I'm happy to be at their disposal.

A Tőfürdő bejárata 600m, Tavirózsa tanösvény 800m, pékség 170m, élelmiszerbolt 250m, a piac bejárata pedig 70m az apartmantól. A piac bejáratánál található a hévízi dotto (kisvonat) megállója, amivel az egész város bejárható, mindegyik megállóban fel és le is lehet szállni. Üzletek és kávézók szintén pár perc sétára. Az apartmanban egy hálószoba, egy fürdő wc, egy amerikai stílusú konyha nappali található.
