Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Ruhpolding is also the perfect base for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

Our rose room with balcony and cozy seating also offers a mini fridge, coffee maker, coffee powder, tea bags, kettle, dishes for 2 people for breakfast. The room is equipped with the essentials to prepare a small snack or breakfast.

Our newly built holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, featuring a separate entrance and accommodating as many as 6 people. Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT! We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking available on the property.
