My place is close to Forchheim, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, and is centrally located to the greater Nuremberg, Erlangen or Bamberg areas. The town of Pinzberg is about 5 km southeast of Forchheim. My property is located on the northern outskirts on the main road. Families with children are welcome, but safety devices for infants (under 3 years) are not available. Shared use of the garden and barbecue are possible. Minimum booking 2 nights.

The apartments are equipped with everything to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is fully fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal barbecue.

The apartment is located in a family house. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 min. to downtown Erlangen. Shopping within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are provided. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
