Directly connection to Belvedere, Hauptbahnhof, Wien Mitte, Rennweg, Prater this apartment is also just a stone's throw away from one of Vienna's most visited tourist attraction, the famous Schönbrunn.

This very well designed small apartment is located very close to train station Wien Hetzendorf. A parking space in a garage is included. The studio apartment consists of a living and sleeping area with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The bathroom comes with a cozy bath tub, and there is even a walk-in closet. The apartment is situated in a calm area, but you can reach to center very easily by the urban railway (S-Bahn).

Discover Vienna around the turn of the century: In our classic Viennese Gründerzeit house, I designed this studio with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishing elements. In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always cater to yourself in the kitchen with a dishwasher.
