Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Rade is located on the direct border of Hamburg between Nordheide and Altes Land on the southern city border of Hamburg. In 15 minutes you can reach Hamburg City via the A1. Rade belongs to the municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and entrance, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area.
