Independent ground floor apartment attached to the house (with shaded terrace) located 15 min from Colmar, 5 min from Eguisheim and 40 min from Strasbourg and Europapark. The village has a train station and bakery and 2 restaurants. Ideally located between the Vosges and the Black Forest, you can visit the Christmas markets and access the ski resorts in winter (45 min away) and enjoy the typical villages and go on many hikes in summer. Numerous bike paths nearby.

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . Ideally located in the heart of Alsace on the wine route between Eguisheim 4 Km and Colmar center 9 Km. The Lauch gîte is located near the river of the same name, in a quiet and pleasant village. It offers you a closed courtyard to allow your children to play safely. You can also park your vehicle there. Upon your arrival the beds will be made (1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 180 x 200).
