The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Our quietly located and lovingly modernized farmhouse is embedded in a 4000 sqm large varied terrain, on which our horses also occasionally romp. The two apartments - ideal for two people each - are cleverly designed by hand. With lots of natural wood, to feel completely comfortable, they are bright and friendly. A wide window front, spoiled by the sun, reveals the VIEW through BIRCH TREES into our natural garden.
