The 64m² holiday flat with a lake view is located in the vicinity of the leisure center. The ski lifts and a toboggan run are within 80m. A swimming lake, beach volleyball and basketball court and outdoor fitness equipment are located directly in front of the house. A few steps away: a Kneipp pool with a barefoot path, an indoor pool with a sauna (closed April-August), an ice rink with a skating rink, a bocce court, a mini golf course (May-October), a tennis court, and a children's playground.

Our 3-star holiday apartment with terrace and lake view in the middle of the leisure center, near the ski lift, near the cross-country ski runs and toboggan run. Next door the youth hostel. Directly in front of the house there is a new beach volleyball field, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball field, Kneipp pool with a barefoot path about 200 meters away. Indoor pool, sauna and ice rink a few steps away. Mini golf course, tennis court and children's playground are about 200 meters away.

The light-flooded house with a spacious, open gable roof is situated in a quiet location in the Großherrischwand district, surrounded by meadows and forests at an altitude of 920 m, with Alpine views in clear weather. An ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities or just for rest and relaxation. The unfenced property flows from the terrace over the garden into the expanses of the surrounding meadows and forests and lets you feel the freedom and tranquility of nature.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.
