Our stay at the lake house was amazing, we really enjoy every minute of it with my family. The house was very well equipped, private and cosy. You can just chill in the garden and watch the lake or take a walk by the lake. It was the ideal combination of the private summer house and close destination to the town or Herning. I would definitely like to visit again! Thank you

It was a great deal with the host. The accommodation was exactly as agreed. The house was clean and very nice. The amenities were also plentiful, we didn't miss anything. The icing on the cake was the outdoor grill, which we were happy to use on the other day and made such a delicious dinner. Stayed here as a base to visit family and old friends. We found it warm (Easter!), cosy, clean and equipped to a high standard. We appreciated the underfloor heating, huge bathroom with fantastic drenching shower, well-equipped kitchen and the off-street safe parking in a quiet neighbourhood. Location was excellent for us - just 5 mins drive off the motorway, a 20 min walk to the main shopping centre and a 25 min walk to the railway station. As always with our stays, it is an extra pleasure to actually meet our hosts (who live above) and Jane was charming, helpful and speaks very good English. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Patrick’s place was a fabulous find, I loved every minute of my stay. Just wished I could have stayed longer, but it was booked. Do not hesitate to book if available.

Just perfect. In a very peaceful location near Aarhus by a forest and close to the beach. We had a car with us and it was very easy to park in the property. Adam and Helena live in the floor below so they were there to greet us to show us around and give us tons of recommendations, like the Airbnb experience used to be. The area is also very quiet and we would wake up to the sounds of birds. There were 3 bedrooms so our family of 5 did not feel cramped in the apartment. If we’re ever back in the area this will be our go to place!

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

Nice little cozy apartment. Nice location close to forests and lakes and within walking distance of Silkeborg city center. Garden with a babbling brook. Friendly and welcoming host couple. A really nice place that can be highly recommended.

Thomas' apartment immediately impressed us. It is very centrally located, so you can easily walk to the highlights of Aarhus. We particularly liked the individual and tasteful furnishings as well as the spacious layout of the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is pleasantly spacious and beautifully designed. We found the apartment in an extremely clean condition. Both in the morning (in the kitchen and bathroom) and in the evening, a lot of sunlight falls into the living rooms. The communication with Thomas was very friendly and uncomplicated. Overall, we had a very nice time in his apartment.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very silent. It had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Helle was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived.
