Bright and spacious 219 m2 home five km north of Silkeborg, within driving distance of cities such as Aarhus, Aalborg, Randers, and Billund. The house has 3 rooms with a total of 5 beds (extra beds available), a large office, a living room with a loft, a large kitchen/living room, two bathrooms (one with a spa), a fitness room, and an entrance hall. In addition, there is a large terrace with a grill and fire pit, and a garden with access to a greenhouse during the season. There is also a newly established playground on the street. Located close to Svostrup Kro and the hiking trail by the Gudenå river.

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).
