Alle anderen Gäste sind in unserer gemütlichen kleinen Ferienwohnung (ca.500 m ) herzlich willkommen. Das 36 m² Appartement (2020 komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet) liegt im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen.

Wir befinden uns im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets. Hinter dem Haus sind mehrere Kleingartenvereine, die zum Rhein-Herne-Kanal führen. Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und ÖPNV sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die A42 erreicht man mit dem Auto in 2min. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Herner Innenstadt sowie Recklinghausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund und Bochum sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung mit 42qm steht zur alleinigen Nutzung und befindet sich in einem MFH an einer befahrenen 30iger Zone.

Ein extra-breites Boxspringbett (180x200) und eine Ligne Roset Multy Schlafsofa (160x200) geben alles für eine entspannte Nachtruhe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz auch für zwei Autos und direkt vor der Eingangstür erleichtert das stressfreie Ankommen.

If you don’t like dogs, this isn’t the right place for you – they’re part of our family. That’s why dogs are, of course, very welcome in our holiday apartment.
