This 1 bedroom apartment has simply stunning sea views from all rooms. Spacious living area with quirky clawfoot bath couch and vintage telescope sat in floor to ceiling bay window, perfect for chilling out with a glass of wine enjoying nautical views, freesat TV, Bose bluetooth speaker system. High speed wifi, Apple TV with Netflix subscription. King size bedroom with direct sea views via double doors to living area. Small but perfectly formed, fully equipped kitchen situated off living space with large sea facing window. Impressive spacious wet room room situated off the main corridor and main bedroom. The perfect romantic retreat! Herne Bay is a charming quintessentially British seaside town with lots to offer. Lovely small boutiques and independant shops. Great restaurants and cafe's, coastal walks / cycle paths to Whitstable & Reculver Towers and beyond as far as you wish to wonder. Stroll on the pier with its arts and crafts stalls at weekends, old fashion amusement arcades, a fab old time bingo hall, original bandstand with lots of events in summer. The perfect spot for a romantic break. Historic Canterbury (7 miles) and the charming town of Whitstable (4 miles) is a short drive or bus journey away. There is a cycle path on the seafront that will take you to Whitstable one direction and Margate, Broadstairs and beyond the other. On booking will send you a full guide on the area, great places to eat, drink and places to visit. I'm an Airbnb Superhost and passionate that all guests have a great stay. Please see my ratings. Communal front lawn and terrace, perfect for BBQs and sundowners. I will normally be there to meet and greet guests on arrival. If not I will send key collection details the morning of your booking. My housekeeper lives close by and is on hand if needed during stay. Herne Bay is a charming quintessentially British seaside town with lovely, quirky, and independent shops, as well as great restaurants and cafe's, coastal walks and cycle paths to Whitstable & Reculver Towers and beyond—a perfect place to wander. I will send you a comprehensive list with some amazing places to eat drink, walks to enjoy and places to visit. Local busses to Canterbury and Whitstable. Herne Bay station is a 10/15 min walk or £3 taxi ride from the apartment. The station serves all of the Kent coast, Whitstable - 7 mins - Margate - 15 mins - Broadstairs and its sandy beaches - 20 mins. London Victoria and London St Pancras International easily reached in 1 hour and 20 mins approx. Note: A minimum 2 night stay applies all year round.

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

What a lovely place for a couple, small family with/without a dog. Very clean, great kitchen and a wonderful base for exploring Kent. The garden is big enough for a dog to have a little run about and is totally secure too. The beach and a nice selection of shops etc is a gentle 15min walk away or just a few minutes drive. Canterbury is 20 mins away and Whitstable is about 10-15 mins away. Martin was very friendly and quick to respond which is always appreciated. All in all a lovely place and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Martin

Superb!! That really sums it up. Clean, comfortable, all amenities new , great view. Hosts went out of their way to provide nibbles and wine and drinks. Didnt feel like a rental felt like a home!! One of the best holiday rents ever

We really enjoyed the stay as it was really quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The host has even left few bottles of beer for us as a welcome gift which I have not seen elsewhere. Elizabeth had given me the instructions to check in therefore the check in was also smooth. I would recommend this place in Canterbury for a small group of friends or a family.

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s cabin in Herne Bay. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has a peaceful, welcoming feel — we felt comfortable right away. Sebastian was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. You can really feel that he cares about his guests, which made our stay feel personal and supported in a way that’s rare. The cabin is also well located, with lovely cafés nearby (check out Cacao Atelier and The Hungry Plum) and easy access to nearby walks and the seafront, making it a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, kindness, and ease.

David's one of the best hosts I've ever met, very friendly and helpful. We've had all the recommendations and instructions that we needed. The place itself is nice as well, very comfy bed plus new&clean bathroom. We've had a wonderful stay and lovely conversations with David, will definitely come back in future to check out the zoos nearby!
