Waterfront - Kayak to Springs with manatees !

This property is situated on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 brand new kayaks on site or drive to Ft Island Gulf Beach and have the perfect river and beach getaway! This is a new construction home, everything is new. AC, roof, kitchen, appliances, etc. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs and up to 7 kids upstairs.

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. You can easily paddle your way to seven sisters springs with the kayaks on site, or bring your boat and park it at the home for your weekend stay! (Must be smaller boat no t-tops. Cook your catch on the backyard bbq or sit by the fire pit! On those rainy days sit on the back screened in patio. The home is close to old Homosassa and Crystal river.
