Great house to stay in! Owners were very attentive and accommodating. Secluded area, and plenty of backyard. Only thing was the picture of the front of the house isn’t updated. Confused us pulling up to our location.

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. Johnnie and Jennifer were very responsive with excellent local recommendations. The house was exceptional and the view outstanding. The kids absolutely loved the pool and fishing right in the back yard. We would definitely return for another stay!

Great host and location to relax and refuel from day to day work stuff

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

Stayed here for a long weekend with my friend and 2 dogs. BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Close proximity to the springs, restaurants, and activities! Would 100% stay here again.

We had the most magical birthday for our 8 year old daughter! We saw otters every day and swam in the crystal clear waters, kayaked and paddle boarded to our hearts content. We fished, we took our John boat up stream and floated back. EVERYTHING was provided for the most fun weekend ever! This place is situated in the perfect spot on the river, a little ways away from all the state park tubing traffic and right near Swampy’s restaurant (fantastic food). We will be back again- this is our new favorite!

We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

The house had everything we required: very clean, comfortable beds, ample linens, well stocked kitchen, nice living room, morning coffee and evening sunsets on the deck, multiple places to eat, on the deck, under the house, or in the dining room. We had a great time catching fish on the fishing charter Pam recommended, as well as fishing in front of the house. There are many nice State Parks nearby. We used the available kayaks on the lake everyday. The airboat tour with Captain Bob located at the Blue Gator was a blast, we even saw some alligators. The 47 mile long, paved, Withlacoochee Recreational Trail, is a great place, we bicycled many 20+ mile rides with no issues. We found great live music a couple nights a short drive to Inverness. So, the house location is near an unlimited number of activities, or a nice, quiet, comfortable, private location for a relaxing vacation! Many thanks to Pam and Mark, great hosts!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Donavan's place! Plenty of room for all members of our family to spread out and relax. The pool was great and the reclining chairs in the living room were awesome! It had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to use as a home base while in the area for my FIL's 90th birthday celebration! Thanks Donavan!

The pictures do not do it justice. The home is enormous and spotless. I usually try to leave a rental better than I left it but this time was not possible as everything was perfect. The lake was pristine. Not much fishing but I didn't get around to exploring under the lily pads to see if that's where all the fish were hiding. All the amenities were as stated. We enjoyed the kayaks and we even found an archery target box and enjoyed shooting our arrows at it with a bow we brought. There was even a huge stack of wood for the firepit so we didn't have to buy. 100/10

Even though this trip was for work and not for pleasure,coming home from working, all day was very relaxing and peaceful. Also had to bring the dog along for this trip and the dog fell right at home and enjoyed the spacious backyard to run around plus the neighborhood and nearby parks were great for taking him on daily walks. Definitely will look to stay here again on our next trip to this area.

The house was perfect and everything we could of asked for, for a weekend staycation to the springs. Everything was clean and lots of space, and was the perfect house to come home to after a long long day on the water. thank you so much.

Loved our stay. Erin Ashley was super helpful, communicative and kind. The house was just what I needed, peaceful on the canal just off the main river. I enjoyed taking out one of the kayaks and exploring the river. Even made a long trip upstream to a nearby spring thanks to Erin Ashley’s recommendation. And the porch overlooking the water was a great spot to unwind. I’ll definitely keep this one on the list next time I visit!

Joanna's place was incredibly clean, modest, and matched the photos exactly. It was notably personable on the inside and did not reek of the normal (cheap) mass produced airbnb sites that most of us are accustom to. The surrounding area was peaceful dare I say tranquil. We got to see her cows and there are a dozen cats roaming around the neighborhood who are all very friendly. The most notable and important comment is that check in was seamless and easy. We accidently arrived incredibly late (around 2:00am) and had no issue accessing the property. Joanna was very responsive, most times within minutes to answer questions or give recommendations. The town did seem a little quite and closed down kind of early, but we do recommend the nearby wine bar called Twysted Vine, they always have something going on Thursday-Sunday.

Home away from home. Jerry and Matt have done a wonderful job and made our stay as perfect as it could be. The house was extremely clean and neat and felt more like I was staying at a friend's home than a rented space. The space and linens smelt fresh but my fragrance sensitive child had zero issues- huge win. The game room made for a fun evening space and the pool was the best retreat. Honestly we didn't see as much of Florida as expected because we liked just being at this space. Communication was fast and easy, it really topped off the "staying at a friends place" experience. We will stay again if we return to the area.

Penny was extremely nice and the Airbnb was beautiful inside and out. It was the perfect peaceful place for a relaxing weekend in Inverness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our second stay at this location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and located close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from the springs and other activities in the area. We look forward to staying again.

We loved out stay at the Lemon Tree, house was very clean, and as pictured. We were a family group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The pool heater was no working during our stay, but we had booked prior to the pool heater being installed. The cold water didn't stop the kids, they had a blast in the pool. Tito was proactive and let us know ahead of time about the pool heater and was very responsive during our stay. Location is quiet, not in a busy area.

We love the home, and being able to wake up and say good morning to the Cows! My son can’t wait to see them again…

Host was helpful and responsive, home close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. House was clean and did what we needed it to do for my family, no complaints and would definitely book again.

A beautiful home for a family to vacation and get away while enjoying the local springs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can’t wait to be back.
