We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was there! (enough dishes, tabs for the dishwasher, cloths, dish soap) The beds were very good. The apartment is quiet, close to the forest that leads to the beach. We will be happy to come back. At check-in we had to search for the key box a bit, but for us it was not so clear and it was dark...! :-) Communication with Nick was very good and he was very accommodating to us! Thank you very much!

In this beautiful accommodation you can spend a few relaxing days in beautiful surroundings. The apartment offers plenty of space and is very cozily furnished. It is also very well equipped, you have everything you need, even to cook on site. Heike and her husband are very friendly and helpful, you immediately feel very well taken care of. In the area you can take great bike tours through the forest, you can walk to the water in 3 minutes, you can take the ferry to Poland and the restaurants in the village provide delicious fish if you don't feel like cooking. There is also a small supermarket on site. If you want a break from the city or generally like to be in nature, you can spend a very nice quiet time here.

We felt very comfortable in the place. The location is great, everything within walking distance and a few meters to the beach. The place was very clean, cozy and spacious. Communication with the landlords was excellent. Absolutely recommended!

An apartment the size of a large hotel room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Equipped as described in the listing, the appliances are not new, but they do their part. The main bed is a sofa bed that is extremely comfortable. The top bed is quite high. An apartment in a block on the ground floor in a very quiet area. Hosts communicate through chat and answer any questions very quickly. Good value for money.

Very friendly host, nice place, whether for families or dog owners, fully fenced garden, that was important to us when booking. Our highlight was the sauna. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back. The area invites you to take a walk.

A great apartment in a perfect location – quiet, but only two minutes to the old town and the wooden bridge overlooking the Achterwasser. The apartment was very clean, well equipped (lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee, tea, etc.) and the bed extremely comfortable. We especially liked the terrace right by the bedroom. A real highlight! You immediately feel comfortable, also thanks to the loving details such as the bottle of wine to welcome you. Communication with Christian was friendly and straightforward, as well as with the nice subtenants on site who take care of everything. A small note: The apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via a rather narrow staircase, so it may be difficult for less mobile guests. Otherwise, absolutely recommended. We'll be happy to come back when we visit our family!

I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

It was a nice relaxing vacation… but you have to walk to the smoked fish hut on Fridays… so if only a few days, then Friday has to be included. The place is idyllic and the harbor or beach is a short walk away.

We totally liked the stay at the accommodation in Mönchgut, everything was very very clean and tidy, the kitchen was just as well equipped . The host Uwe, was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back this year.

We stayed in this accommodation for the second time (and hopefully not for the last time). It is still very new and beautifully located. Putbus is not far and the east of the island (we did not go elsewhere this time) is very easy to reach. The semi-detached house offers plenty of space. Inside and out. Particularly noteworthy is the great service and the nice communication with the company Weibrecht, which manages the house. The only "criticism": The cuckoo would have liked to start its intensive interval training later. Five in the morning would have been enough😉.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Great place to stay and top owners !We stayed at the place for a weekend now in March and we loved it. Super nice house, great amenities and quiet location. But still central to get anywhere quickly. Thomas was always available and very helpful when it came to recommendations or questions. We will definitely be back and definitely want to repeat and experience the experience again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and very eager to help with any questions. We'll be back soon, thank you so much!

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

The apartment, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the surroundings, the good accessibility, only a short distance to the harbor, to the Edeka shopping right around the corner and plenty of good restaurants nearby = simply everything great. Great!!!!!

We can only agree with the previous reviews, a bright, cozily furnished apartment overlooking the marina and very friendly and quick communication with Andreas. We can also highly recommend this apartment for a longer stay. The kitchen integrated in the living room is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and there is a large bathroom.
