Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, close to the Wales border, Adam's Stable is a recently refurbished space, connected to Meadow Barn. Kilnby Cottage is a secluded self-contained annex to an individual house in about an acre on Howle Hill. its in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by country side. Outside there is a small separate garden and private off road parking. The only passing traffic are a few neighbours and dog walkers.... The kitchen window and patio doors look out over the garden and the patio holds the sun all day until it eases off the the West.

River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place.
