Biete sehr schönes und ruhiges aber dennoch zentrales "grünes" Appartement in Herdecke. Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Warum ist unser Haus und das Appartement GRÜN? Wir erzeugen über unsere PV-Solaranlage mehr Strom im Jahr, als wir tatsächlich zum Heizen und Kühlen verbrauchen. Wir erwärmen unser Brauchwasser über eine Luft/Luft Wärmepumpe. Das Heizen und Kühlen unseres Hauses und Appartements erfolgt über eine inverter Wärmepumpen-Klimaanlage. Der Umweltgedanke steht im Vordergrund.
