Quiet modern apartment in the countryside

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

Ruhr University, German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
