We had an excellent stay at Scott’s place. The house had all amenities required and more! Therefore, we didn’t need to contact Scott, however he did check in with us to see if all was well. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's home. Ray, who showed us round gave us the perfect welcome and explained everything to us. The photos looked fantastic but it's even more beautiful in person. Amazing facilities, very clean, and every single bedroom was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook a big meal, there was a huge supply of tea and coffee and they even provided milk and biscuits! The hot tub was a welcome addition, incredibly well maintained, worked perfectly and lovely and warm by the time we came to use it. It's just the perfect home for entertaining. We visited as a family of six adults and thought it was brilliant, from the enormous TV to the boardgames and Sonos system. There was just so much room - perfect for small children too. The weather was awful but we didn't mind staying in because the house was so beautiful. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We’ve just come back from a short stay at Jacks cottage, this was our first booking through Airb&b so we didn’t really know what to expect, we needn’t of worried as we thought Jacks cottage looked even better in the flesh than in the pictures so did it disappoint. The place was spotless when we arrived which is great as it put us all at ease, we felt at home straight away. Jacks cottage is situated in a small and very quiet village, honestly there is no noise. We live in a busy town with road noise so going to sleep at night with no sound but the birds singing was lovely. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day out walking and again was spotless. The cottage is in a perfect location to explore the Peak District with some amazing walks right on the doorstep, we particularly enjoyed Bakewell, The Chatsworth estate and finding the very local Robin Hoods cave ( what 3 words assets.joined.offer if you struggle to find it). We stayed for 3 nights as 3 families (6 adults, 8 children) the cottage was perfect and had plenty of space. The bedroom layouts gave great flexibility and each family essentially had their own private spaces. Location and views are amazing. Great for the local area and very happy to have the quiet in the evenings. Would highly recommend!

We have just returned from a stay at The Stables. We both loved the accommodation and the location. The hosts made us feel very welcome and there was some lovely touches inside for when we arrived. The location is very peaceful and tucked away but also within walking distance of several pubs all serving good quality food for reasonable prices. We would recommend and come back again without question.

We loved staying at Scarlett’s place. We had everything we needed and everything was so easy to use. Very responsive host and great for letting us know that the place was ready an hour early! Hot tub was nice and warm with great location and privacy. We went to travellers rest (10 min walk) and the food was so nice and big portion sizes for the price. We even went back later on for the Wednesday night quiz night! Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was super sweet and perfect for a calm getaway. The home was decorated well and could tell it was well thought with extra touches such as Prosecco, mini chocolates and robes. Would definitely stay again and the hosts helped us with the hot tub. Thank you!

we stayed for 3 nights and was very peaceful and beautiful! everything provided was as described, and the place was very clean! only a 5 minute walk from aldi and a 20 min walk to bakewell, so very easy access to both parts. would come back again!

Lovely little cottage and very well furnished with nice touches like the welcome pack. The garden is a real sun trap for breakfast outside. Easy parking on the street and a very quiet village. Good food at the Miners Arms and good walks straight from the door. Don’t miss the Barrel Inn at Bretton and the museum.

Very walkable location! We stayed here because of chatsworth house and kept saying how much we love the area! The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The stairs were a little steep but nothing we couldn’t handle with a little bit of caution and the railing. Absolutely lovely stay! Thank you!

We stayed here for a wedding in New Mills and had a lovely stay. Andrew was responsive and informative. He gave clear instructions for check in and checking out. The house itself is clean and spacious with ample parking and a nice garden.

Just had the cosiest stay at Triangle Cottage! Very tastefully decorated, the comfiest bed and the dreamy rolled top bath with the views made it all the more relaxing! It had everything I needed for a wee retreat with my dog in the countryside. Perfect walkable distance to the city centre and various hikes around. Strongly recommend!

Deb & Tim were amazing hosts and the cottage is an absolute stunner. Perfect size and layout for a trip to the stunning pendle district. Great help with everything and the 3 pubs all within 20 minutes are fantastic. Will definitely be back to visit again.

If you’re looking for a spacious place with charm and character in abundance, this is the place. Lovely house, beautiful quiet rural location. Perfect for our weekend family get together, plus Jill was helpful in ensuring we had all we need for our pets and children too.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed in The Nook - I love it! So homely and relaxing, utterly tranquil and in a prime location for exploring the heart of the Peak District (a number of great walks from the doorstep). Tracy is a great host, the place is spotless and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Cute rear garden with summer house, sit and watch the sunset over the hills while the sheep potter about in the field. Bliss.

Lovely stay at the piggery. Remote location overlooking the rolling hills. Enclosed garden ideal for the dogs. The house was clean and cosy. Loved to see the pictures of the transformation from the building it once was. Ruth made us feel at home and kept us up to date on check in, offering an earlier time. There is a lovely pub 10 minutes walk away and a short drive down to some local shops and pubs. It would be a tough walk as the hill is quite steep. Overall , we had a lovely time. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Lynne’s cottage. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. It is minutes from the Main Street. Lynne was a great host, responsive to our messages and thoughtful. She left us fresh milk and bread, hot chocolate and biscuits. We really enjoyed our time in the cottage and would highly recommend anyone who wanted a restful break!

Such a beautiful cottage. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friends. Plenty of space for us all to relax after a day’s trekking. The house is perfectly situated … right next to all the local pubs and restaurants as well as being very accessible to all the great local walks. Castleton itself was extremely busy (possibly due to half term) but we felt we were in a little calm oasis when we were sitting outside in the pretty front garden of Bean Farm cottage. Also the spacious parking area just infront of the house is a real plus. We would definitely recommend this as a great base for walks in the Peak District and hope to return one day

Jackie’s Airbnb was absolutely incredible. It was beautiful, super clean and I’m someone who struggles to feel at home in Airbnb’s but this one was super homey. The views were incredible, loved seeing the farm animals around. Great recommendations were in the Airbnb for places to visit which also made our time super special. Couldn’t recommend enough it is such a gem of an Airbnb.

Lovely little place, great views across the valley and good walks right on the doorstep. Great pub not too far away across the countryside, via the odd stile.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Blacksmith's Barn. It's in an amazing location in the centre of Hope, and blessed with a private parking space. We found it to be very clean, well-equipped and ideal for our needs. We were visiting primarily to walk and it's perfect for that - MamTor, Castleton, Win Hill etc are all within striking distance. We didn't go out in the car for the whole time we were there! We will definitely try to stay here for our next visit to the Peak District.

A lovely cottage perfectly situated in the heart of the hills, it has a great number of trails starting right outside, or a few minutes walk away. Cosy, clean, private and has everything you need. Very close walking distance to pubs and shops and Jill was so friendly! Would high recommend!

What a gem of a property, clean, very comfortable, extremely well equipped and in a perfect location to explore the Peak District. The beauty of the surroundings is majestic, could not ask for anything more. The EV charger is a very welcome feature given the dearth of public chargers in the area. Local pubs lived up our expectations. Patrick & Anne were most helpful throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne's cottage and we will be back!
