We discovered our cottage by chance in 2019 & with enthusiasm and a lot of love for detail into a feel-good place in the beautiful Westerwald. (March 2020-August 2021) It is important to us and especially to me (Janine, a trained hotel specialist) to help other people rediscover the small and big things, moments & beauties in life closer again. Idyllically located under old trees in a small mountain village with beautiful sun terrace and a heavenly panoramic view of nature. On cooler days, in addition to the central heating, the well-dried wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and a crackling atmosphere into the spacious living/dining room. My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.
