Gemütlich, modern, neu renovierte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, direkt im Zentrum, 10 km von Bonn, 3 km von Siegburg und 25 km von Köln entfernt. Komplett eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Beautiful, newly renovated guest house with approx. 50 square meters in the heart of Rhöndorf. With its own small garden, covered seating and private entrance. Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

Top location in Hennef-Zentrum near Cologne/Bonn

Cologne and Bonn are both very easy to reach by car and public transport. The Hennef train station is also within walking distance and thus also the center of Hennef with all amenities (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area. If you like nature, you can go for a walk or hike in the Siegauen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and ideal for 2 to max. 4 persons.

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne.
