This beautiful annexe is a new addition to our home and has provided us with an amazing space within our garden. The annexe has a open plan sitting room with kitchen and breakfast bar at one end. The bedroom has a super king size bed that can be set up as a twin room if required and there is a separate bathroom with double walk in shower. This is an ideal space for business trips with its own access, wifi, usb points and the ability to self cater if you wish but equally a great weekend getaway.

Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

It looks out onto Market Square but the flat has sound insulation so very quiet. Henley has a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs - all on your doorstep and Henley Regatta is walking distance from the apartment.

This beautifully furnished & comfortable home, hidden away in the centre of Henley, is unique in offering a secluded and quiet spot. It is a flat walk to the Town Square and river (about 5 mins).

Ideal self-contained annex, close to town

A homely and practical base for your trip to Henley. Located within a quiet residential area and conveniently close to town, with less than a ten minute (flat) walk into town. Tucked away, guests will have full privacy during their stay. Whilst the accommodation is attached to our family home, it is separate and self-contained. I will meet and greet then leave you to it! Parking for one car on site and on road parking nearby.

Eveleen is a wonderful host—warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. She made sure we had clear directions to the Airbnb, and had her lovely daughter greet us on arrival. Great stay, I recommend it. Very close to the thames and the beautiful city center. We came for the Spartan race, and it was perfect location-wise. We should've stayed a day longer to appreciate the surroundings more!

Fiona was very responsive and accommodating towards my allergies. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The host left a welcome basket with some treats, which was very thoughtful and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The location was gorgeous as well as the barn and it was handy being close so close to the train station. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

A lovely, comfortable space filled with light, enjoying glorious views a 5 minute drive from Henley on Thames. Despite the searing heat Anne’s place provided us with a cool and comfortable refuge between the many social activities we had arranged whilst staying.
