The cottage is beautiful, it felt really cosy and homely which was important as we were there for Christmas! Such a lovely spot and Melpo was really quick to respond to queries.

I recently had a wonderful five-day stay at Rebecca's kiln cottage, which truly felt like a hidden gem. The cottage was not only beautiful but also clean, comfortable, and set in peaceful surroundings. Being dog-friendly with plenty of lovely walks nearby made it even better. Rebecca, our host, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with useful information about local amenities. She was friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to return. Thank you, Rebecca!

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. We had a lovely weekend staying at the Old Chapel House. It’s surrounded by a beautiful garden, we walked around it so much and lots of football was played! The house is really nice, comfy and homely. The hosts have thought of everything you may need which is so helpful. The showers were great, so powerful and hot! The beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use when preparing food. The best part was the surprise of the dining table that was laid for us to use with party poppers and a 70th balloon for my Mum’s birthday. That was so kind and sweet of the hosts, we appreciated it so much. We really can’t recommend it enough and we hope to be back one day!

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

Our second visit, and the barn and surroundings were beautiful in spring! Particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the meadow at the back with a drink. Thanks Hannah for a great stay

We had the most lovely family holiday here. With a 3 and 1 year old this property had everything we needed to make us feel all feel right at home. A cot, high chair, bib, black out binds, you name it. The river and decking at the bottom of the garden was just so peaceful, our go to spot. We watched nesting swans and ducks, we all loved it. Thank you Hannah for having us. You have a beautiful Airbnb!!

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

The Crows Nest is a perfect base for a getaway in the Norfolk Broads. The local village of Horning is beautiful and very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier towns/villages. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, super clean, modern and has everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend breakfast in The Galley below. Thanks again and we hope to return in the future!

The accommodation was impeccably clean, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment we arrived. One of the standout aspects of our stay was how perfectly situated Oaklands No1 is for exploring the surrounding area. Its location made it incredibly convenient to discover the charm and beauty of Reepham and beyond, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. With no notable criticisms to mention, our experience was nothing short of excellent. We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay, which is why we gladly award Oaklands No1 a glowing 5-star rating. We highly recommend Oaklands No1 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located place to stay while exploring Reepham.

We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary, check-in was excellent as Matt had messaged us the day before to say we could check-in early the day of our arrival, which was excellent. Parking was easy (neighbourly agreed bay). The apartment was wonderful and very comfortable and quiet at night. We loved the small balcony over looking the sea and it was an excellent place to just chillout after a busy day exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those wanting to prepare meals. The ship Inn pub is just a 30 second walk away for excellent food and a outside terrace overlooking the sea. Mundesley has a great butcher, bakers, fruit & veg shop, Coffee house, Café and small arcade & crazy golf. A small Tesco extra is about a 20-minute walk away for all your other essentials. The location of the apartment to the beach was brilliant and we spent a few nice days enjoying the coastal walk and front. Felbrigg Hall & Cromer are only a short drive away.

Ivor & Karen were great hosts, easy to communicate with before and after our stay. The apartment is as described and the photos are up to date. There is plenty of space for 2 people, the bed and sofa/chair were comfortable, shower was good and it was very clean and well-stocked throughout, including some thoughtful provisions for breakfast. The location was surprisingly private as it is situated so close to Asda, Wetherspoons, Subway,MacDonalds and a main road with good transport links. It is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful corner with the added benefit of a beautiful garden. There was parking on the driveway for one car but plenty of amenities within walking distance too. We would definitely like to stay here again.

A super apartment within easy walking distance of the train station, restaurants and all of the attraction Norwich has to offer. The apartment is really cosy with a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Access is really secure and easy. Although I had no need for a parking space, this is a great service that the apartment offers. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

A proper gem! A minutes walk and you are at the market square but situated on a surprisingly quiet street that few people pass by. Perfect for us. Really tidy well equipped flat. We even caught some calm live music in the bar just along the street. Jemma was a very responsive and available host. Thank you

Marisol was very helpful and quick to respond. We felt a little cold after a long journey and Marisol put the heating up for us. The apartment was lovely well aquiped kitchen and just as described on Airbnb. Was spotlessly clean. Is on a main road but this wasn't a problem. Couldn't hear the traffic at all. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our Norwich stay - this apartment is in the perfect location for a Norwich city centre break with the added benefit of on site parking. The apartment itself is light and airy and very comfortable. Despite the city centre location it is quiet and feels 100% safe.
