Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.
