We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. MT was very responsive. I arrived fairly late and was greeted and welcomed without issue. The flat was spotless and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and convenient to get into central London.

My family and I had a wonderful time, the house was spotless and just as advertised. We appreciated the little welcoming touches and having a back garden to chill in. Michael was very responsive and we felt right at home.

We stayed for over 2 months while working on a project - my husband, 15 month old baby and I. The house had everything needed for such a comfortable and homey stay. Bhavisha provided us with a cot and stairgate and was always so quick to respond if we had any questions or needs at any time of day which was appreciated. She and her husband are very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house for a holiday stay in beautiful St Albans, for long terms stays with family or for work trips. It comfortably sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms (though I wouldn't recommend the top floor bedrooms for elderly or young children as it's a very steep stair). There can be a bitnof traffic noise in the front bedrooms (I think we were just a little unlucky with construction going on opposite) but the back bedrooms are very quiet. Walking distance to everything in St Albans and a safe street. We hope to return on our next project!

Nigel was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a quick and easy train ride into London. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Nice,well laid out cottage.Clean, tidy, verycomfortable beds.peaceful locations with in easy walking distance to Liverpool cal shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped,although could do with a teapot. negatives: lack of nearby free parking.( Parking charges in local CP extortionate ) Decking out the back starting to go in places so only a question of time before someone goes through it. Otherwise would be a nice place to sit out on a sunny day.

Abbey Mill Lodge and the surroundings are beautiful and the location is great - a short walk from Verulamium Park, the city centre and the cathedral. The inside is bright and modern whilst maintaining the historic charm of the mill. We enjoyed the sound of the river flowing through the garden. The design of the property is quirky and makes good use of the space, however it’s useful to know that are a lot of stairs/steps and an open plan upstairs living room so not ideal for a baby on the move, but we made it work. Grace is a great host! Very responsive and proactive in her communication, and she popped over to say hi which was nice. We’d happily have stayed longer and recommend Abbey Mill Lodge to other guests!

We had an unforgettable time with our family in this house! The house and the bedrooms are much nicer than the pictures show. Kerry is a very polite host and responds quickly! We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!🥰

I just love this little hideaway! This was our second visit. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The walled garden is a real treat, and there’s a lovely stream running through the peaceful garden. It’s just a few minutes drive to Windsor, yet it’s set in the peaceful countryside. Very well placed if visiting Windsor or surrounding area. We will be back again next year because there is simply nowhere nicer to stay. The hosts are lovely too! Highly recommend.

Property was clean, cost and comfortable. perfect place for group bookings. shops near by and train station in walking distance. host was very quick at responding and helpful. would highly recommend

Stephanie’s place was perfect for me to spend a few days visiting friends and working remotely - it’s super light and clean and nicely decorated. I loved all the plants! It’s such a good location and you can hear the bells ringing throughout the day which was such a cool experience. We had a little funny moment checking in, but Stephanie was super helpful and nice about it and made it all work out immediately! Also lowkey did not realize there wouldn’t be a hot plate or microwave, but made it work! I’ll def be booking this place again if I can next time I visit.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Vicina al centro di Londra, raggiungibile in metro, 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio in cui siamo stati corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio. Era molto pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Arredato con cura e con elettrodomestici di qualità. Spazioso a sufficienza (eravamo in 6), con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Molto bello il giardino sul retro anche se essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Tecnologia all'avanguardia per quanto riguarda impianto audio in tutta la casa, caminetto con fuoco, proiettore con telo a scomparsa nel soffitto. Sicuramente a fare la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Justin che risponde sempre a ogni esigenza e ci ha aiutato parecchio a risolvere diverse situazioni personali, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dimostrandosi gentile e affidabile. GRAZIE MILLE JUSTIN !! Host e appartamento super consigliato.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host. A great short-stay at Lars’ bohemian escape in Buntingford. Well located along the high street, but facing away from the busy road, it was nice and peaceful. The space is decorated with interesting things, and I paged through some of the hundreds of architectural and decor books and magazines. Clean, functional- I’d definitely stay again. Lars as a host was very responsive with communication and the check in process was well explained.

Studio juste à côté des studios Harry Potter, présent juste pour une nuit c’est l’idéal :). Hote accueillant et réactif, un petit déjeuné offert qui est très agréable. En revanche, petit bémol c’est très bruyant au niveau de la route mais sinon parfait pour accéder aux studios et logement très cosy
