The "Fischerhäuser Heiligenhafen" are situated on a very quiet property, right by the picturesque inner lake, and just a few minutes' walk from the town center, the harbor, and the beach. The complex consists of two stylish semi-detached houses. Guests can access the on-site parking spaces via a private driveway. The holiday home offers over 100 square meters of living space across two floors and was designed by a renowned Hamburg interior designer. The Nordic color scheme and high-quality materials create a modern and harmonious atmosphere.

We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, May 2020, we have been able to call this lovely apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is facing west, unforgettable sunsets (perhaps with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

Our holiday apartment is ideal for families, couples, and friends – perfect for relaxing days by the sea with a view of the Baltic Sea. Two sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and child-friendly amenities ensure comfort. Children will love the books, toys, play kitchen, beach gear, and Fuxtec wagon. Prime location: beach, playgrounds, cafés & restaurants within walking distance. Note: Visitor’s tax charged extra, no pets, please bring your own bed linens and towels.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

In addition to a beautiful beach, a super friendly hostess awaits you here. 2025 is already the 3rd season with holiday guests and I'm really looking forward to my regular guests and you new guests. I'm happy to give you tips on how you can do as much or as little as possible here. Whether you want to spend your holiday just by yourselves or fancy surfing sessions or bike rides at sunset together is up to you.

This practically furnished apartment on the 1st floor offers everything you need for an uncomplicated stay. It is suitable for guests who value functionality and good value for money. Functionally furnished, it offers plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is equipped with the most important, so you can take care of yourself comfortably. A great choice for those looking for a simple, clean place to stay as a base for their activities.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Small cozy apartment right by the sea

My place is close to Heiligenhafen. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the sea, just 30 meters from the beach, but also because of the separate kitchen and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The relatively high daily rate for my place is due to from Airbnb's new pricing structure, which added their 15.5% service fee to the daily rate.

Relax in Heiligenhafen

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and yet in the city. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or to the harbor. The central location allows to do all activities by foot or by bike. In the 2026 season there is a city bus that all guests can use free of charge. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
