The holiday home offers over 100 square meters of living space across two floors and was designed by a renowned Hamburg interior designer. The Nordic color scheme and high-quality materials create a modern and harmonious atmosphere.

The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und dürfen seit dem 1. Mai 2020 diese liebenswürdige Ferienwohnung im Ferienpark Heiligenhafen unser Eigen nennen. Die großen Fenster durchfluten die Wohnung mit viel Licht und erlauben Euch einen atemberaubenden Blick aus dem 11. Stock über die Salzwiesen hin zur Steilküste der Ostsee. Da die Wohnung nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, bieten sich abends unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge (vll mit einem Glas Wein?) vom Balkon an. Wir wünschen Euch eine entspannte Zeit!

Nah an der Ostsee gelegen, vermieten wir ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Gästezimmer im separatem Bungalow in ruhiger Lage im Herzen Neukirchens. Im Zimmer ist u.a. eine kleine Teeküche integriert, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche / WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WLAN und Parkmöglichkeit sind inklusive. Eine Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb & weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten an unserem gepflegten Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. 2 Fahrräder können bei Verfügbarkeit genutzt werden.

Berghütte an der Ostsee

Die Berghütte bietet eine einfache aber besondere Unterkunft. Unter dem Dach der kleinen, rustikalen Hütte ist ein 140cm x 200cm großes Bett, das nahezu den ganzen Raum ausfüllt. Das runde Fenster zeigt nach Westen und lässt sich öffnen. Strom und Licht ist vorhanden. Das schöne Waschhaus teilt Ihr Euch mit anderen Gästen des Hofes. Lagerfeuer und Grillen ist möglich. Der Grillplatz ist direkt unter der Berghütte und steht allen Gästen des Hofes zur Verfügung.

The stylish studio apartment, renovated in Scandinavian style, has a cozy sleeping and sitting area with TV in the front area overlooking the sea. In the rear living area is the dining area, as well as a separate kitchen and shower room.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und doch in der Stadt. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Ostseestrand oder an den Hafen. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt es, alle Aktivitäten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu tätigen. In der Saison 2026 gibt es einen Stadtbus den alle Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist Allergiker geeignet.
