The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve Graswarder. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, May 2020, we have been able to call this lovely apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is facing west, unforgettable sunsets (perhaps with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our holiday apartment is ideal for families, couples, and friends – perfect for relaxing days by the sea with a view of the Baltic Sea. Two sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and child-friendly amenities ensure comfort. Children will love the books, toys, play kitchen, beach gear, and Fuxtec wagon. Prime location: beach, playgrounds, cafés & restaurants within walking distance. Note: Visitor’s tax charged extra, no pets, please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Hello and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Recently completely renovated, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Fiber-optic internet ensures perfect Wi-Fi. We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quietly located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.

In the rear living area is the dining area, as well as a separate kitchen and shower room.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and yet in the city. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or to the harbor. The central location allows to do all activities by foot or by bike. In the 2026 season there is a city bus that all guests can use free of charge. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
