A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, May 2020, we have been able to call this lovely apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is facing west, unforgettable sunsets (perhaps with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our holiday apartment is ideal for families, couples, and friends – perfect for relaxing days by the sea with a view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
