The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, whirlpool, sun loungers and fireplace

Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) from Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location surrounded with trees and beautiful small holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (50€ / stay; April-October) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Our "Walachei" is a special truss under thatch on an idyllic estate with a garden and small lake. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is ideal for a break with friends or family. The spacious living area offers plenty of space and freedom. Many extras such as a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace invite you to relax. An additional highlight is the garden shielded from view. From the terrace or the sun deck you have a direct view of the water.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. This versatile new apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as both a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. However, it is also a place to relax for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the entire family. The A7 is close (behind a small wood and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for transit travelers.
