Living in a family friendly environment in a nice small village south of Haarlem, near Amsterdam and the beach. You are living in my private house, with a nice secluded back garden, a sitting area in front of the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent transportation facilities including my tandem and bikes to be used for free. The house is suitable for up to 5 people, max 6 , with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. No students and please be aware no use of weed in and around the house.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and fines. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your apartment. .Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Direct aan het water! Ontbijt service beschikbaar. In het schitterende Heemstede dichtbij bos, strand, zee en duinen, Haarlem en Amsterdam ligt aan het water het Tiny House The Boatshed (boothuis). Gelegen in een mooie, ruime tuin, met eigen entree, terras, lounge set en overkapping. Op loopafstand van het Groenendaalse bos, Haarlem op 15 min fietsen. Amsterdam 20 min met de trein. De Keukenhof in Lisse op 15 km. Een echt pareltje!

The apartment is fully equipped, is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. In front of the door, there is an opportunity to park a car or motorcycle for free on our own property. Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. A bike rental is nearby.

Interior design is based on Japandi and Wabi-Sabi style. Within 5 minutes walking you are in the historic center of Haarlem. By car it takes you 12 minutes to get to the beach (20 minutes by bike).
