Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Built as a warehouse in the 16th century, it is now a very spacious ground-floor apartment right in the historic center with direct access to a little terrace on the street. It features a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Private terrace and entrance. Made beds, towels, WIFI, Netflix are included. One dog allowed. Free parking.

Busy You @ Sea is a fully renovated studio, open since March 2024. One minute walk from the dunes. The beach and city center are also within walking distance. The place to relax and unwind! The cozy studio with its own entrance (29 m2, open space) is located in the basement and equipped with every comfort. French doors give access to your private terrace, overlooking the (partially fenced) garden.
