The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

The house is inmidst of green - near the river Neckar, you can have a walk there. The old center of Tübingen or the main station is only 12 minutes by foot or you can go easily with the bus. It is a quiet place, you rest on the terrace or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and you can discover many things from the 50ties or 60ties in a modern surrounding.

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
