Million dollar view!!! No joke! 2bd/1bth. Newly remodeled and super cozy! Large kitchen with all the essentials, 55inch smart TV in living room with gas fireplace. Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Walking access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and just a couple miles to numerous beach options, this is a natural paradise. Plenty of off street parking in front of the condo, and just a few steps to the pool and hot tub make this location extremely convenient.(pool now open, hot tubs still closed till regulations relaxed)
