Vacation rentals with a patio in Heathcote

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! the host was very responsive and the space was really clean. Overall, the stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

My daughter and I had a one night stay as we went to a concert at Rod Laver. It was a handy short walk to Rod Laver Arena. A quick tram ride to the CBD, theatres, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean, stylish, comfy and warm surrounded by beautiful parks. Highly recommend!

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We have no words to describe the beauty of this sweet and cozy place. This stay added more glow to our holiday. Me and my partner loved the view, the surroundings, easily assessable trams, swimming and spa. We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

What a wonderful property. Beautifully decorated, amazing layout and spacious and cozy in winter with the fire place and loved the wine nook. Antionette recognised and wrote a card with chocolate and wine for my son’s wedding. Loved the layout and can imagine it in summer with the pool area. Enjoyed staying in this property and friendly and kind hostess. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful historical property and so grateful that you are sharing it for others to enjoy. It was the perfect place to accommodate our 3 generation Easter family catch-up. The swimming pool was used alot along with and the beautiful gardens around the home which were all manicured. It will be great if/when the tennis/basketball area is fixed up but we made great use of the Great Victorian Bike track at the back of the property. There are views from every window in the home which makes every room a little special but our favourite was the main dinning room looking down to the Goulburn River. A special thanks to Kelvin who is very responsive and friendly. We also appreciated the opportunity of an earlier check-in and late check-out. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful. Comfortable, well appointed, central heating brilliant for cold Bendigo mornings and nights. Beautifully renovated. Beds super comfy Fab location. Easy walk to cafes, gardens and gallery. We will be back. Loved our stay.

We stayed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Absolutely loved your house and the cozy fireplace was perfect for the chilly evenings. The kitchen was really well-equipped. Overall, it was a fantastic place and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for peaceful and quiet place around Mount Macedon area.

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

The apartment is just the right thing to recover from a busy day! The Kage is very quiet, but also only 20 minutes away from Melbourne center. The apartment is very nicely decorated and you have everything you need on site! I can only recommend the apartment!

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
