Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Our self-contained, private, beautifully appointed cottage offers easy access to Harwell Science and Technology campus. Newly built, it features a deluxe double bed, a large power shower, ample off street parking, and is nearby a main line train station with direct service to Oxford, London and beyond. (Central Oxford City:15 mins, London:45mins). Perfect for anyone working at the Harwell Site (walk or take a direct bus), it is also ideal for guests in town for weddings and family events.

There are great pubs in neighbouring villages which offer amazing food most days but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house sits in a tranquil setting, hidden away down a quiet private road in the centre of the Cotswold town of Charbury. A few minutes walk away from a great selection of local pubs with good food and drinks on offer. A great base for exploring the pretty nearby villages. We are also close to Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford and lots of Cotswold attractions. 5 minutes walk to the local train station where you can get a mainline train to London Paddington.

Easy access to all the famous Cotswold villages as well as Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, Oxford and Blenheim.

The cottage is in a stunning location in the beautiful hamlet of Chilson which is extremely quiet and a restful place to be. Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.
