Vacation rentals with a patio in Headington

This was a great place from which to explore Oxford and north Oxfordshire. It was handy to be next to Sainsbury's and close to main roads, but it wasn't noisy at night.

We had the most amazing few days staying in Lorraine and Rory’s annexe for my birthday. They greeted myself and my friend on our arrivals and were so lovely, giving us recommendations and telling us all we needed to know. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel so welcome. The accommodation itself is gorgeous! It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The location was perfect too. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within a 20 minute drive and it was a perfect quiet place to stay. I will be recommending Lorraine and Rory’s air bnb to friends and family and hope to come back in the future!

Small but perfectly formed. My sister and I stayed for a couple of nights. The place was easy to find and quite well appointed. Nice, tidy kitchen and bathroom. Easy-to-use sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable ever but I slept well. Would be happy to visit again and I appreciated the effort in hosting this quality of place.

This is a really nice place in immaculate condition, very clean, quiet overnight slept well and parking on the drive is nice as well. I would recommend staying here. Provided tea and coffee and a pint of milk which is a nice touch.

The location was great, close to Christ Church and the Main Street. It was peaceful and adequate. Thank you Mariano.

We stayed at Oliver’s lovely home for three nights and had a wonderful experience. We’re from Hong Kong, and both my wife and I really enjoyed the quiet and comfortable environment of the house. It’s within walking distance to Oxford city centre, and the walk itself is pleasant, giving us a glimpse into the character of the local residential area. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Although we had a car, we chose to walk to the city centre as it was an easy and enjoyable walk. The house also comes with a parking space, which is a great bonus. We were lucky to meet Oliver during check-in — he was very nice and helpful. 🥰We highly recommend this place!

We stayed in Adam's flat in Abingdon for 3 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the enormous kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of. Both bedrooms have double beds and although I thought the bed was going to be too soft for me, I actually has the best nights sleep I have had in ages. The design of the flat is very modern and there are nice touches in all the rooms to make you feel at home. The sofa in the living area was very comfortable and there is a great sized TV with access to all major streaming services. The wifi was fast and easy to access, the shower has good water pressure and temperature, parking was easy as was gaining entry to the property via self check-in. The flat is very well located for visiting Oxford as it is only a 5 minute drive from Redbridge Park & Ride. (Here you can park all day and get return bus travel with upto 3 kids for only £5 per day.) There a few nice pubs within walking distance & a Tesco Express.

Fantastic little apartment with everything you need. Clean and well organised with a lovely welcome of tea, milk and biscuits. Will hopefully be returning to this little gem

This place was such a standout for our family! Positively charming, perfectly decorated to celebrate the period architecture, cozy, clean, and absolutely a pleasure to stay in! Our family would happily go back! Deb has thought of everything and we felt right at home. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to get everyone going in the morning! This was a great launch for us to visit Oxford and the Cotswolds, and other areas of outstanding natural beauty 😊 Such a pleasure!

I had such a lovely stay at Kieran’s place in Charlbury! Kieran was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host - he went out of his way to recommend some fantastic local spots, which really helped us make the most of our weekend. The house itself is absolutely charming - beautifully kept, full of character, and felt like a real home away from home. It was also great value for money, especially considering the quality of the space and the experience overall. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Good place. Clean. Wan wardrobe was broken in the kitchen and prior to the check in we told the host and they were cooperative. Although we stayed for a long and good period of time around 14 days and the check in was late at that day. Upon Check out they informed us prior one day that the checkout is 10 am sharp. So at the day of checkout, we were almost ready at 10:15 but Hamish contacted us around 10 and said you have to check out now as the cleaners are outside. We expected at least 30 minutes more given the good period of time, but we stayed at their property. But overall as a family, it was a good place good facilities clean and convenient. One of the curtains in the living room(plastic) was very loose when we tried to open it and it fell easily without manipulating it. Again, thank you very much for hosting me and my family. Looking forward for another opportunities.

Staying in Miriam’s guest home was wonderful. We stayed for a full month & staying there, out of the touristy area allowed us to enjoy England rather than feeling like a tourist. Nicely located just outside Oxford with many towns & villages nearby for day trips. Having private & convenient parking was so nice. There is a forest adjacent to the property & plenty of areas to walk & explore. The Fox pub, just a short walk down the street, was covenant & grocery stores & shopping nearby in Abingdon 10 minutes away. Also, convenient to the train station for a visit into London or surrounding areas. Miriam’s home was well stocked with everything we needed; beds & sitting areas comfortable. The back yard & deck off the living room were a great place to sit & enjoy the forest, birds & scenery. The many windows & doors in all the rooms made the home light & cheerful. We loved our Oxford experience & would very much like to visit & spend time at Mariam’s in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

This place was wonderful! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was the cleanest and had the most comfortable beds. The house was very new, clean and walking distance to Blenheim Palace. Vanessa and Dan were instantly responsive and were the best hosts we have encountered. Can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend them enough!

Anne’s studio was located in a lovely little quaint lane right at the end, the perfect place for a private place to stay with access to absolutely beautiful countryside literally outside the gate, Anne went above and beyond for us whilst also respecting our privacy, she was very friendly and polite upon arrival meaning we settled right in, as for money for value this is right up there a spacious spotless bungalow with everything you could need, definitely one to visit

Great communication, beautifully decorated accomodation in an Ideal spot so close to the city, very quiet and peacful. Everything you need within walking distance and a perfect spot to stay. Thank you, would definitely stay again.

Stayed with my family to attend my graduation from the university and it was great. Everything was clean and well-organized, and it was great being so close to the city center and the bus stop, within walking distance from both and plenty of stores and restaurants. Claudia was a wonderful host, always available for questions and quick to respond, plus the welcome note she left on the refrigerator was a lovely touch and made the stay even cozier 😊 She also sent recommendations for sightseeing, places to eat, and things to do. Everything was exactly as pictured and I loved the decor. The only downside if you don't want to climb is that it's up a few flights of stairs, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a fantastic place to stay for a great price.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Nice flat which is actually part of Shaun's house, but with separate, private amenities, including a section of a large garden and space to park the car. It is an ideal base for exploring the local countryside, notably White Horse Hill and other nique sites such as Wayland's Smithy Long Barrow. The flat has one large room which serves as both the bedroom with a double bed at one end, and the living room, with a comfortable, three seater sofa and a television at the other end. Of the two further rooms, one is a kitchen with an eating/seating area and a fridge freezer, microwave oven and air fryer and the third is a large bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk in shower. There is plenty of spotless kitchenware and large towels and cushions. You will find Shaun extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a pub/restaurant about a mile up the road, but the restaurant is not open every day. You need a vehicle to venture out further and shop. We enjoyed visiting The Lamb at Wantage.

Bryoni annexe above the garage was beautifully appointed and in the grounds of a lovely house. It was secluded yet very accessible to all the surrounding areas. We loved our half term trip down.

Amazing communication and the accommodation was superb. Booked as was the perfect location to visit the farmers dog and a short drive from diddley squat farm.

Harvey's & Maggie's place was a perfect retreat for our family, very spacious private parking and outside garden to use. I did the Blenheim triathlon and it was perfectly located to avoid traffic delays. They were both very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend staying there.

Adam and Nancy's apartment was as described. Pristine, picturesque, and in a quiet neighborhood. Very walkable with a variety of restaurants just a stone throw away. I will highly recommend
