The Hopper Huts at Old Farm, Lamberhurst Quarter.

The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. There are also several National Trust attractions close by.

As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Located just steps from the Tunbridge Wells circular walk and the outstanding Dunorlan Park with stunning gardens and boating lake. The town centre with its plethora of bars and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk away. The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
