Tanja's place needs 6 Stars! The studio is perfect for one and cozy for two. The space is well thought out and there's everything you need. The log fire is a bonus on colder days. There are beautiful walks up the byway and across the fields into Biddenden or you can cycle along the quieter roads if you plan carefully. Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Hole Park and other beautiful gardens are all easily reached as well as pretty towns such as Tenterden, Rye and Cranbrook. Headcorn has a rail station with trains to London, Canterbury, Dover. There's a reliable bus service to Headcorn from Biddenden. Corner shop in Biddenden but nearest supermarket is in Tenterden. There's so much to see and do and after a busy day, the Studio is wonderful to come back to. It's also private and not overlooked but Tanja and partner are welcoming and very helpful if needed. I had an amazing 2 month stay and was sad to leave. Lovely people and lovely place. You can't go wrong with The Studio.

A perfect place for a family celebration, beautiful house, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Everyone commented on the very comfortable beds and beautiful linen. The bath was a treat for everyone looking out at the oak tree. We had a bbq one evening, in wonderful surroundings and all the equipment you could need. The walks from the house are stunning and pub recommendations very useful. The muffins on arrival were delicious and the company of the exceptionally well behaved and friendly dogs was a highlight, not forgetting the lovely cat. We left, reluctantly, feeling refreshed and restored and have taken away many happy memories, thank you.

The tower house was truly beautiful! the pictures are great but when you walk in it really is amazing. with a converted old building there is likely to be some hiccups which we did encounter, the dishwasher tripped the electric and we were plunged into darkness at 11pm however Jonathan was quick to answer a call and talk us through how to gwt the power back on. I pestered Jonathan several times with questions about the toilet which is a little difficult to flush! also human error using the oven which again Jonathan was very kind about. So as a host I think Jonathan did a fantastic job at being helpful and welcoming even when we asked silly questions. the actual property was everything we imagined and more we will definitely love to stay there again!

An excellent self-contained studio in a quiet cul-de-sac. The studio was clean, well equipped with plenty of space. Comfortable bed and efficient shower. A small outdoor patio seating area. A good location for visiting both Kent & East Sussex. A beautiful area with numerous National Trust buildings & gardens in the area. I really enjoyed my visit, Paul was a lovely host & I highly recommend the studio to anyone thinking of booking.
